Health and High Performance: How to bring your best, without burning out

It’s hard being a modern leader that really cares about having a positive impact on the world. We want to perform at our best, but we also want to be happy, healthy and well-rounded in our lives. We know it’s no use giving our best and burning ourselves or our team out in the process, but we don’t know any other way.
This paradigm of health vs. high performance is a hard one to resolve, but in this interactive keynote, Matt will show you there is another way. Drawing on his knowledge as a Psychologist, his experience working in corporate consulting and the mental health industry and his background in high performance sport and adventure, Matt will offer audience members with an inspiring, engaging and educational presentation that leaves them feeling empowered to make tangible changes in their lives.

Key takeaways:
- Why you’re burning yourself out (and how not to)
- How to manage your health and wellbeing so you can perform at your best (consistently)
- What daily self-care habits you need to nail in your daily life
- The critical belief-systems and mindsets you need to adopt
- A personal self-care plan that you can implement immediately after the presentation
