Famous Zen teacher, Thich Nhat Hahn said “When we are unwell, our unwellness spills onto others, when we are well, our wellness spills onto others.”
Michael’s intent is for everything he does to create wellness. In the business world a well organisation looks highly profitable, has proud, engaged employees and operates based on care, integrity and sustainability. Leaders make the biggest difference to organisations and society at large. We need well leaders. Leaders with skill, integrity, vision, fresh ideas, care and generosity of spirit. This is why Michael's focus is on world-class, values-based leadership, and it is also why mindfulness is a key element of what he does. Mindfulness is the science and art of engagement, awareness and response-ability.
