Natalie Moore is a mindset and possibility expert who helps people and workplaces move from autopilot to intentional, energised, purpose-driven action. Drawing on more than two decades in business, leadership and wellbeing, and a lived career reinvention of her own, she blends strategic clarity, human depth and embodied mindset practices to create transformation that lasts.

As the founder of The Possibility Project, Natalie specialises in helping people step into the “first step” of their next chapter, whether that’s a career shift, a leadership evolution or a long-avoided personal ambition. She is known for making change feel accessible, actionable and deeply human.

An eight-time marathon runner, Natalie brings the philosophy of endurance to her work: growth is created step by step, choice by choice, state of mind by state of mind. Her approach fuses modern mindset coaching, behavioural psychology, embodied wellbeing and possibility-based leadership, helping people expand what they believe is possible and take action before they “feel ready.”

Previously the co-founder of Own Your Health Collective, Natalie played a pioneering role in advancing menstrual and menopause literacy in workplaces across Australia. She has also led national and global programs across sectors, bringing a unique blend of commercial experience and wellbeing expertise.

Her insights have been featured on The Today Show, Women’s Weekly, The Peri Menopause Power podcast and numerous media outlets.

Natalie has worked with organisations including Bunnings, Medibank, NAB, Bank Australia, MECCA, Lendlease, WorkSafe, RMIT, Monash, GHD and more, and has spoken at major events including Women in Law Forum, CreativeCubes, Chief Meta Chicks, ASTN and What The Health.
