Nerida brings over two decades of property research expertise to her role as Ray White's chief economist. As one of Australia's foremost property experts, she regularly shares market insights across major media platforms, including recurring segments on ABC Breakfast discussing economic matters and Channel 7 Sunrise analysing property trends. Her analysis features prominently in Ray White's publications, including Ray White Now.

In addition to her media presence, Nerida holds significant industry positions, serving as Chair of the Construction Forecasting Council and participating in the Australian Taxation Office's Foreign Investment Stakeholder Group. She frequently briefs major Government bodies on property market conditions.

Throughout her career spanning the Asia Pacific region, Nerida has held senior positions at leading commercial agencies and consulting firms, developing comprehensive expertise in both residential and commercial property from investor and occupier perspectives.

She completed her education at the University of Melbourne, earning a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours and a Masters of Commerce, specializing in Econometrics.

In her role as Chief Economist, Nerida provides objective, robust and quality analysis of the property market and economy in Australia and globally. She represents Ray White to inform and influence key stakeholder groups across the residential and commercial sectors, in addition to advising major Australian Government bodies. Nerida works closely with industry partners to provide strategic vision and policy recommendations for the future of property in Australia.
