A decade of dominance, a lifetime of impact.
Rhiannan Iffland is one of the most dominant athletes in cliff diving history, redefining the sport with her unmatched precision, power, and fearless approach. An eight-time Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series Champion, she burst onto the scene in 2016 with a stunning victory on her debut and has remained at the top ever since.
These achievements are the fruits of the hard work of an athlete who’s been practicing their sport from early childhood – Rhiannan began diving at the age of nine and before that, she was an avid acrobatic trampolinist.
Rhiannan is now an eight-time Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series Champion taking out the 2024 series and is now officially the most decorated female athlete in the history of cliff diving. She is a 2 x FINA World Champion, executing 2 undefeated seasons in 2019 and 2021. While also winning gold for Australia in the 2017, 2019, 2023, and 2024 World Aquatics Championships.
Beyond competition, Rhiannan is a passionate advocate for adventure, ocean conservation, and empowering women in sport. Whether she’s diving off remote cliffs, mentoring young athletes, or sharing her journey through media and storytelling, she remains a trailblazer in and out of the water.
