Dr Sophia Moscovis is a scientist, strategist, and healthcare leader with more than twenty years of experience across academia, clinical trials, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and digital health.
She holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with First Class Honours, a PhD in Immunology and Genetics, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sophia has held senior leadership roles at Novartis, where she built deep expertise in healthcare systems, patient engagement, digital transformation, and health innovation. She has also advised Global Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies on strategy, change leadership, and patient-centred models of care.
She is currently the Vice President of Operations and Strategy at Race Oncology, an ASX-listed biotech, where she leads corporate strategy, governance, risk, and operational excellence.
A recognised voice in Australia’s HealthTech ecosystem, Sophia serves on the BioNSW Digital Health and Technology Committee, is a Board Observer for AusBiotech, contributes to Forbes Australia, and advises emerging digital-health ventures.
