Steven
Gamble

Experienced Mental Health Facilitator & Speaker

Understanding the signs of a mental health crisis is as important as knowing CPR. Both have the power to save a life.

Profile

Steven Gamble is the Founder of Anchor Health Group and one of Australia’s most experienced mental health facilitators and speakers.

A Crisis Support Worker with Lifeline Australia and a Resilience and Positive Psychology Coach, Steven brings deep expertise, credibility and compassion to every engagement. His work began in 2017 following a spate of suicides on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and has since grown into a national movement, reaching tens of thousands of Australians each year.

Through Anchor Health Group, Steven works across schools, corporates, sporting clubs, not-for-profits and government, delivering practical mental health education that helps people recognise the signs of crisis, build resilience and support those around them.

Steven also has a long-standing relationship with Gus Worland and has previously worked as a program partner of Gotcha4Life, delivering hundreds of workshops across the country.
