Success in business.

New Zealand's 1997 Young Executive of the Year, Sue Lindsay went on to represent her country in the 1998 World Young Business Achievers Awards in Beijing, China - and won!

As the former General Manager, Sales and Marketing of a major NZ agribusiness, Sue has a strong rural and business background which covers farming and work in the animal health and pharmaceutical industries.

Sue is recognised as the driving force behind the company's expansion from its traditional farmer-only base to a customer-focused organisation, increasing its turnover from $32 million to over $80 million.

Dollar signs alone don't tell the full story of Sue's contribution to business success. Attitude is the key, she says, and she attributes her achievements to develop the potential of every individual who works as part of her team. Sue is now Director and owner of her own business, working as a performance coach with individuals and businesses throughout New Zealand

Sue speaks about philosophy of "daring to be different" in service innovation, and the relationship and direct marketing strategies that contribute to success. She is a highly sought after speaker nationally and internationally. Her repeat clients rave about her dynamic and captivating style, her "how to" approach and extensive programme preparation.
