Dr. Tiffany Moon is a board-certified anesthesiologist, national bestselling author, and accomplished entrepreneur with a distinguished career in both academic medicine and business.
She currently serves as an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she has been recognized as a Faculty of the Year and named a Distinguished Educator by the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Moon also serves as an Oral Board Examiner for the American Board of Anesthesiology.
A graduate of Cornell University and UT Southwestern Medical School—where she earned Alpha Omega Alpha Honors and a Distinction in Research at the age of 23—Dr. Moon completed her residency at the University of California, San Francisco. Her research focuses on thoracic anesthesia, obesity, and neuromuscular blockade, and she has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications in leading medical journals.
In addition to her clinical and academic work, Dr. Moon is the founder and CEO of Aromasthesia Candle Company, Three Moons Wine, and LeadHer Summit—a national conference dedicated to empowering women in leadership. Her debut book, Joy Prescriptions, became a USA Today #1 bestseller and offers a powerful reflection on overcoming perfectionism, cultivating self-compassion, and leading a more joyful, intentional life.
As a sought-after keynote speaker, Dr. Moon draws from her experiences as a physician, immigrant, working mother, and entrepreneur to inspire audiences to lead with purpose, clarity, and authenticity.
