Only by challenging traditional mindsets, and moving at pace, will we drive the transformational outcomes needed for future success
Vincent Vuillard co-founded FutureWork Studio in 2018, to revolutionise the way we work by developing innovative, fit- for-purpose ways to collaborate and solve complex issues, and break down traditional organisational silos.
Starting his career as an officer in the French naval forces where he spent a decade leading teams in challenging situations, Vincent then joined global consulting firm McKinsey & Company and specialised in large scale transformation in corporate environments across America, Asia and Australasia, before stepping in to lead the global strategic capabilities function of a $20b organisation. In all these roles he saw first-hand the opportunity to improve organisational and community outcomes by unlocking individual and team potential. Vincent brings these deep insights to both his research and practical application.
A new model for the future of work | Vincent Vuillard | TEDxAucklandSalonIn an exponential world, we need to change the constraints of yesterday's workplace to meet today's new challenges. FutureWork Studio’s platform allows employees to work on projects they are passionate about, learning experientially while unlocking hidden skills and value for an organisation. This facilitates rapid rebalancing of workloads, builds individual and organisational resilience, and better prepares leaders for the agility required to lead in today’s workplace. Vincent is a passionate advocate for changing our workplace models to better unlock people’s skills and capabilities. By challenging traditional boundaries, leaders and teams can deliver greater impact within and across organisations. TEDxAuckland and ‘Dans le Noir ?’ came together to create a TEDx world-first IN THE DARK. A sensory, social and human experience, in pitch-black. It heightened senses and made guests re-evaluate their perception of them. The hosts, all visually impaired, guided the guests throughout the evening, serving food and drinks while the speakers shared their ideas. Vincent is passionate about revolutionising the way we work. He co-founded FutureWork Studio, a kiwi tech company on a mission to create a world in which technology enables more flexible and fulfilled work lives. This starts with bringing people together in innovative, fit-for-purpose ways to collaborate and solve complex issues, unlocking innovative solutions and breaking down traditional organisational silos. Vincent started his career as an officer in the French naval forces where he spent a decade leading teams in challenging situations, before completing an MBA and taking on transformation roles in corporate environments across Asia and Australasia. In these roles he saw first hand the opportunity to improve organisational and community outcomes by unlocking individual potential. Vincent speaks regularly on future of work related subjects, and works with schools and community-based organisations on preparing for new ways of working.
